How the dedicated NAVINES AGI SYSTEMS site handles form requests, consent, email delivery, and service providers.
NAVINES ISRAEL LTD (נביא נס ישראל בע״מ), company no. 516647161, provides this site. This policy covers agi.navines.com and its dedicated systems. It does not receive or reuse NOISE sessions, Google credentials, Search Console tokens, MCP data, or local-extension data.
Contact, tool-submission, community-join, and unsubscribe requests are validated on the server and emailed through Resend to NAVINES. The application has no local database and does not create user accounts, subscriber records, payment records, or publication records. Form information exists in the resulting email and may be retained in NAVINES mail systems for operational or legal needs.
The join form is a request to receive the selected NAVINES AGI updates, research, product news, and opportunities. It records explicit consent in the email sent to NAVINES, but it does not automatically add anyone to a mailing list or send automated newsletters. NAVINES handles each join and unsubscribe request personally.
Vercel hosts the site and Resend delivers form email. Those providers and receiving mail systems may process request, routing, security, message, and delivery information under their own configurations, regions, and policies. NAVINES does not promise a third party's retention period. Nonessential analytics remain disabled. Access, correction, deletion, and retention questions may be sent to hello@navines.com.
Forms use strict validation, trusted-origin checks, input limits, HTML escaping, header-injection protection, honeypots, timing checks, and best-effort rate limiting. Operational logs exclude form contents, email addresses, and secrets. In-memory serverless rate limits are not globally persistent, and no online service can promise zero risk.
