POLICY // SUBMISSIONS
IF IT DOESN’T WORK, IT DOESN’T GET LISTED.
The standards, manual review, and commercial boundary for annual external-system listings.
01Eligibility
A builder uses the public form to send a working URL or demo, factual description, core workflow, proof, limitations, pricing, ownership, privacy and security information, and contact details. The request is delivered to NAVINES by email; the application does not store it. We accept URLs, not file uploads or executable content.
02Review
NAVINES personally reviews every submission, may contact the founder for evidence or changes, and can decline any request. Submission does not guarantee review, acceptance, or publication. An accepted review is editorial and dated; it is not certification, a security audit, or a promise that the system works in every environment.
03Manual commercial terms
NAVINES discusses any price, currency, refund terms, payment instructions, and future renewal directly with the founder after editorial interest is established. The website does not collect card data, take payment, create payment records, or automate commercial decisions.
04Manual publication and maintenance
Acceptance or payment never publishes a listing automatically. A NAVINES editor separately prepares, reviews, and commits the version-controlled profile and related article. Commercial links use sponsored and nofollow attributes. Material changes, listing maintenance, and any future renewal are handled manually.
